Learn Kitesurfing at Seven Mile Beach, Hobart - Semi-Private Introductory Lesson for Beginners

Summary: Pedro was awesome. I went from face planting in pristine waters to riding upwind and downwind in three lessons (i did have some experience prior to this lesson). This is s fantastic outfit/location and the most fun watersport there is by a wide margin. Highly recommend!

Summary: Great experience. Excellent instruction, great wind - very safe and very fun. Went back a second time we had so much fun! Semi-private is great for the first lesson, but if you find you like it, I highly recommend a second, private lesson to improve faster.

Summary: The kite surfing team was absolutely fantastic. My boys were up and kiting on their own in less than six hours of lessons. Instructors were super helpful and clearly enjoyed their jobs. I rented for five days and the equipment was in very good shape and everyone was very helpful Rigging and launching. We will definitely come back again.

Summary: Great activity during the week we spent in Grand Cayman! My husband (55) and two daughters (19 and 20) enjoyed two lessons over two days. Natasha, the administrator could not have been more accommodating. The spot where they conduct the lessons is gorgeous! Water is shallow and allows you to really spread out and traverse across the bay. This company really knows their stuff! You can rent all the gear and the instructors are truly the best. Doug, Miguel and Pedro are so skilled and patient. You really need two to three lessons to understand the mechanics of this fun extreme sport. I really thought my daughter (20) was going to get frustrated and she absolutely loved it. Private lessons maximize the individual attention and focus you need. Company was also willing to book Christmas Day--surprising but unfortunately there was not a lot of wind and that element is essential when learning. The team are so knowledgeable and proactive, they will let you know if conditions are not optimal (even if the sun is shining)-- TRUST ME! Imagine your disappointment flying a regular kite with no breeze. Natasha provided the transport to and from their exclusive location. This activity is NOT to be missed but plan in advance because they book up quick! Great new skill for 2024. We will definitely be back!

Summary: I came into Grand Cayman on a cruise. They picked me up right outside the port and we drove out to their kite spot in the national seashore protected area. It’s the only unpaved road on the island. Had a great session learning to wing. Was planning on foiling afterward, but was pretty toasted from the wing work. Short mast best for low tide, but long ok during high tide. They got me back to the port with plenty of time to spare.

Summary: This was my first experience Kiteboarding and at the age of 61, I did not know what to expect. I had 5 days of lessons. Jhon & Miguel made it a fantastic experience. Miguel showed great patience and helped me to achieve my goal of kiteboarding. I highly recommend Kitesurf Cayman to anyone interested in kiteboarding. On top of it all their service was amazing picking me. up and dropping me off each day at my hotel. I look forward to my next trip back!

Summary: It was an amazing overall experience. Jhon the owner was great with communication during the booking process. I was very impressed as to how honest he was about having the perfect conditions for learning. He is not about just making money off tourists but getting the best out of the experience. The extent of the safety precautions was great. Will the instructor was great! I very highly recommend this company!

Summary: Jhon, the owner, was very accommodating. He got back to us right away and my teenaged sine and my husband were in the water that same day. They both lived it. My some followed up with 2 additional lessons and is now ready to rent equipment and practice on his own. He had lessons with Jhon and Willie and they were both amazing!!we recommend them to anyone looking to learn!!
